Sara McCreery, LMT, ANMT

Sara has held a private practice since graduating from The Center of Advanced Therapeutics in Denver, Colorado in 2003. Additionally, she has worked in a post operative clinic, hospice, domestic abuse shelters and gyms.

Since then, she has continually taken several advanced training and education protocols to develop new ways to help her clients such as Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Orthopedic Evaluation, Peri-Operative Therapy and Advanced NeuroMuscular Techniques.

Specializing in Pain Management and Soft Tissue Injury and Dysfunction, Sara offers a unique combination of many modalites and client education. Treatment is done predominantly clothed, and lotion/oil free. 

Sara became interested in massage therapy when it helped her manage her own chronic neck pain, digestive issues, carpal tunnel and headaches brought on by a variety of chronic health concerns and athletic injuries.

She enjoys learning new things, gardening, travel, working on her home, spending time with pets, friends and family as well as all things Lake Superior.
